[jds-review] vino for a11y+gnome-keyring hang bug.

Hi,

This is for http://monaco.sfbay/detail.jsf?cr=6585562. When A11y is enabled, GUI applications which use gnome-keyring will hang whole desktop. Same issue exists in Evolution and vino.

The idea behind this patch is making sure gnome-keyring sync doesn't popup passwd input dialog by calling gnome_keyring_unlock while initializing pidgin.
