[jds-review] First patch - gnome-control-center

Hi,

The attached patch fixes a compilation error I'm seeing on nv72, which 
happens because getpwuid_r isn't getting POSIX semantics on this machine 
- even though Damien said it's building on his, with the same Sol install.

Anyway, patch adds -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS to the spec file, and 
fixes handling of the getpwuid_r return value in gnome-about-me.

I can't see any other calls in gnome-control-center affected by the 
adding the posix semantics define.
