Good question.  The current draft materials say External, which I agree
seems more suited to SFW than ON.  But I also think that External
doesn't really reflect the goals of the project.  If we really want
ksh93 to replace /usr/bin/ksh, then the interfaces will eventually need
to be at least as stable as they are for the current ksh.
