I just filed a bug
(http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6437624)
which should be used for the initial/first putback of ksh93+libshell.so
to get them introduced into OS/Net.
My idea is to simply put ksh93 to /usr/bin/ksh93 and introduce
libshell.so - and then work on issues such as localisation of ksh93
(l10n), |libc::wordexp()| and the update/switch of /usr/bin/ksh to ksh93
status as later steps.

Comments/suggestions/ideas welcome... :-)

This should be the first putback for the ksh93 integration project 
(http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/ksh93-integration/), introducing 
ksh93 and libshell for those projects who need it (e.g. this is NOT 
asking for updating /usr/bin/ksh to ksh93 status, just adding ksh93 as 
seperate binary and (more important) add libshell.so).
