Hi!

We need one final ARC case to cover some minor changes in the
ksh93-integration prototype004 tree:

- ksh93 has "getconf" enabled and bound to /bin as it is needed for the
test suite. The new version of the builtin is fully compatible to the
native version except that there are additional options

- ksh93 now has a "sync" builtin (as requested in
http://bugs.grommit.com/show_bug.cgi?id=18)

- We deliver an /etc/skel/local.kshrc which contains a comment about
/etc/ksh.kshrc
