Really?   I've never done an ON putback, but I thought it was "no known
significant bugs"  (on our priority scale, no Priority 1, 2, or 3 bugs,
but Priority 4 & 5 are allowed - it would be a true acheivement for any
major software to be 100% bug free in any practical amount of time).

Of course, other consolidations have looser rules, so once again, you're
hitting higher obstacles because you fought so hard to go into ON.  8-)
