I was asked offline for a clarification.

Mail sent to PSARC (in this case via PSARC-EXT at sac.sfbay.sun.com) should
almost always have an open case number in the subject line (in this case
2006/550).  The case number is used to automatically archive the message
in the appropriate case's mail archive.  

Now that 2006/550 has been approved and you've moved on to related
follow-on projects, please:	
	1) stop CC'ing PSARC  (PSARC-EXT at sac.sfbay.sun.com)
 	2) please remove the case number (2006/550) from the subject line of
replies

When you have a firm proposal for a follow-on project ready to enter ARC
review you can ask any psarc member, intern, or licensee for help
starting the review process for that followon project.
