[ksh93-integration-discuss] webrev status

Okay, I've posted preliminary ksh93 webrev at
http://cr.grommit.com/~kupfer/ksh93/.  As I mentioned in my earlier
mail, there are a few entries in the webrev that are broken (e.g.,
usr/src/lib/libcmd/sparcv9/Makefile), but everything else that I've
looked at looks okay.

Steve Lau and I will look at what's going on with the broken entries.

I'd expect the second two things (update to recent Nevada build and
update to latest ksh93) to be fairly independent of each other.  (If
they're not, that would be something to look at more closely.  We want
the maintenance burden for dropping in new ksh93 versions to be as small
as possible.)

As far as making changes based on review feedback, I think the
scheduling is up to you.  If I were doing the work, I'd look at each
suggested change and then decide whether to make it before or after the
Nevada and ksh93 updates.
