AFAIK this is just the usual (dumb) apply patch, adjust for the "flag
days" (mainly the mapfile-spec thing) and rebuild - that's all (the
heavywheight stuff is to get my two machines reinstalled from scratch -
and then the long build cycle times will make this work weary... ;-( ).
