RFE: Do misc. code cleanup before pre-pre-pre-code review.

AFAIK the only things which need to be fixed for now are;
- Fix the "ident" lines in all new files (mainly Makefiles)
- Add a check to /etc/ksh.kshrc to avoid that PS1 gets set when the user
already provided a value
