Raw, half-finished prototype patch

ToDo list:
- Make "tagging" of callbacks optional
- Implement more callbacks
- Fix/unify context pass-through
- Add HTML support
- Load libxml2 library on demand and/or move code out into a seperate module
- Make "ctx" a compound variable reflecting some status information from
libxml2 SAX ctx
- Handle document encoding vs. current locale transformation issues
- Add demo
- Write getopts manpage
- Add support for passing "user-data" to shell callback functions
- Cleanup code
