[laptop-discuss] Thinkpad z61

I've installed snv_49 on my Thinkpad z61. Everything but the wireless is working fine, but > 90% of the time, the boot hangs right after the Copyright notice. Trying to bring it up in safemode does the same thing. 

If anyone else tried to install Solaris on this laptop, is there anything else to do in the bios, other than turning the SATA drives into IDE compatible mode?

Any advice on how to debug this?
