The second "Inetmenu: done" was added to help stop people blaming 
inetmenu for slow shutdown.

(I've seen it as well.)

I suspect its to do with nameservice lookups while shutting down with no 
network that might be causing the problem, but I've never tried to work 
out what it is sticking on, although it DOES eventually shutdown, it 
just takes time.
