Idealy, you need not think about the symlink and devfsadm. It is done 
automatically.
But for some reason(I don't know :-P ), the symlink will not be created 
by the deamon 'devfsadm', so you need run it manually.

One the entry is created, it will not be deleted by ststem unless you 
delete it deliberately.
