I can't say about iwl but the earlier versions of
the iwi driver and the 0.3 cardbus driver work
for me on an IBM T43p running Update 2 of
Solaris 10.  FCS and Update 1 of Solaris 10
didn't work as well so I have normally used
Nevada on the T43p.

Some recent versions of some drivers (iwi
for example) require minimum versions
of Nevada so check the readme or other doc(s)
carefully.
