[laptop-discuss] Anyone following the ipw3945 wireless driver release from *BSD?

Hi Gary,

A member of solaris wifi-china team is tracking on this driver, and if 
no legal issue, will port this driver to Solaris.
Besides, we already have a ndiswrapper driver for ipw3945, it is tested 
internally now. If no more problem, will be release to OpenSolaris soon.

Anyone tight with the BSD group to see how difficult it would be to port to OpenSolaris?  I might attempt it, if I can find the source and knew how the heck to go about porting it.
