[laptop-discuss] WPC54G version2 and NDIS Wrapper Toolkit

Hi there,

I've been playing around with the NDIS Wrapper toolkit to get my Linksys WPC54G version 2 working with Solaris 10, 11/06.  

After a couple of false starts I've been able to get to the final steps on the NDIS Wrapper toolkit page.  

Where I'm having problems is with the add_drv command.  

The examples show use a broadcom chipset but the one on mine is made by Texas Instruments.

I've tried to just follow the examples but it doesn't work.

add_drv -i '"pci1737,33"' bcmndis  

results in an error message similar to bcmndis cannot be found.

modinfo does show ndisapi as the last entry in the list.

Should I copy "ndis" to somewhere else, if so where.

Should I use something other than bcmndis on the add_drv command line, if so, what?
