[laptop-discuss] Problem on wpi device plumbing

It should be the known bug CR6419924.

Pls post the output of '/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v' and 'prtconf -v', maybe 
I can give you a workaround.

Also, Kerry may have a fix on this bug.
