[laptop-discuss] PowerNow AMD Athlon64 X2 (dual core)

I'm evaluating OpenSolaris 2008.05 for a new system with an AMD Athlon64 X2 4850+ (dual core), but as far as I've seen, there seems to be no support for PowerNow. Searching the archive gives some discussions, but I can't believe, that there are no plans to implement this feature.

It works out of the box in Linux (Ubuntu), but I really would like to use OpenSolaris with ZFS.

Is there a schedule to implement this feature?
