What I heard is Broadcom's BCM4306 have some upgrade in MAC in some 
recent product. I noticed your adapter shows
CLASS 0x02 0x80 0x00 REVISION 0x03.
While all recent reported work BCM4306 adapters under NDIS1.1 is 
REVISION 0x02.

(PS. The right method to check MAC version should be in CSR or some 
other registers with a detailed specification. I guess.)
