FYI, the ENXIO is caused by sd_send_scsi_TEST_UNIT_READY returning EIO.

If anyone knows more about the speicific implementation of the Option pseudo CD Reader,
please let me know.

At least this does not seem to be a general pcmcia issue (except for the pm deadlock, but
that's not in the way right now)
