[ldoms-discuss] Reset LDOM Configuration

Hi,
The SP(ALOM/iLOM) can see all of the hardware, regardless of the LDM config. So if you are only seeing CMP0/P0 -> CMP0/P55, then you only have 6 cores in your UltraSPARC-T2 proc. If there was a problem, it would still list the cores.

Hi Armanod,
1. First check in you really have 8 cores by
sc> showcomponent
You must see 64 /SYS/MB/CMP0/Pxx lines
2. Try reset SC (may be even power on/off whole box, this helps one time on T2000)
sc> poweroff
sc> bootmode config=”factory-default”
sc> resetsc -y
3. What Firmware/HW you have ?
Send us outputs of:
sc> showhost
sc> showplatform
sc> showkeyswitch
Nice day
