[nwam-discuss] NWAM design complete

Note that this is sent to nwam-discuss and blind copied to several other
lists to force follow-ups to go to nwam-discuss.

We (the Network Auto-Magic team) have incorporated the feedback on our
first API draft:
	http://opensolaris.org/os/project/nwam/apis/

In addition, we have posted our command line interface:
	http://opensolaris.org/os/project/nwam/clis/

Along with that, we have made a number of minor updates to our design doc:
	http://opensolaris.org/os/project/nwam/design/

Note that the latter is by far the largest document, and contains pointers
to both of the former.

As a result, our design is now complete, and we seek your feedback.  Many
thanks to all who have participated so far.
