[nwam-discuss] New GUI proposal (v1.3)

As you'll see, it's a bit different from our earlier proposals...  
we've tried to simplify it a little for Phase 1 of the project, which  
means leaving some of the more advanced features out of the GUI until  
a later release.  Comments appreciated as always.
