While I think it may be reasonable for Sun to allot a certain amount of 
budget for the OGB to travel to meet together, that's different from 
having the OGB be 'involved in budget decisions around OpenSolaris'

We're a governance board - we should be focused on setting up the 
appropriate ways and means by which the OpenSolaris community can govern 
themselves.  While this may mean tasking a finance-board or 
finance-subcommittee to handle things of this nature, I don't think we 
should get involved in general budget decisions.
