I think we'd want:
Ideally? minimum of 30 dial in slots, with the ability to reserve 7 of
them for OGB members.
The ability to do voice moderation (i.e.: the concall equivalent of
IRC's +v) to mute non-OGB people.
I don't know how feasible those are though.
The second can be accomplished by conferencing together two concalls
where one is the private (for OGB) and the other is public (where we
mute the entire call except for the host).
