Sounds OK to me.  (Just bear in mind that in some locales this is
a holiday long weekend...)

I guess the first step here would be a call for nominations/volunteers.
I'll put my name in the ring for chair/vice chair, and I'd like to
nominate the one and only Stephen Hahn as secretary, assuming he has
enough bandwidth.  If not, I think Glynn would make an excellent secretary:
his minutes were great, and I hear he looks pretty good in a mini-skirt!  :-)
