Right.

I think it is wrong because the constitution does not allow for it.
The only thing we can do is to ask people who believe that they
should not be on the list to step forward so they can be removed
by their own volition.
Even those who did not vote may have had different reasons: not wanting
to be involved in elections, not being able to submit a ssh key and
connect with ssh, etc..

Even if it is technically feasible, this somehow runs afoul of the
promise of an anonymous election, IMHO. (Clearly we needed to
register who voted to prevent votes to be recast)
