It might be worth considering some kind of specific way to accommodate the
"Howard Roarks" of the coding world, e.g. lone-wolf programmers. Maybe this
could be a tradeoff kind of setup. They get to use opensolaris.org space,
tools, etc., but they don't get all the rights that fully endorsed projects
get (which they probably wouldn't care much about anyway).
