Suggestion: use the poll.opensolaris.org system to "decide" the winners
based on published criteria. Have a separate "poll" for each category, if
there are multiple categories. The eligible "voters" can be limited (or
not) to any set or subset you desire - even limited to the OGB - or some
decision making body formed by the OGB.
