[ogb-discuss] FYI: community sponsorship and new projects

While the Project and Reorg proposals (2007/001 and 2007/002)
are in the draft/opinion stage, I think it'd be a good idea
to ensure that new project proposals are matched with a
potential sponsoring Community Group.

With that in mind...

The Networking Community Group wants to sponsor the IPoIB
