[ogb-discuss] contributor grants for crypto project team members

Core Contributor grants need to be added for the following OpenSolaris 
users, they are all key code and design contributors to the crypto 
project (which integrates into ONNV) of the security community.

     * izick (Anthony J. Scarpino)
     * dinak (Dina K. Nimeh)
     * mcpowers (Mark C. Powers)
     * bubbva (Valerie A. Bubb)
     * darrenm (Darren J. Moffat)
     * krishna (Krishna Bhargava Yenduri)
     * haimay (Hai-May Chao)

Since I couldn't find a reference policy on the OGB pages I'm assuming 
this is the correct way to ensure this is recorded.
