I don't think we need a moderated list, nor should the onus be on one
person to do the job - we are a community so we can *all* do it, if
that's what we have agreed. The first person to see an OT post should
reply with a 'you should be asking here' message, and if that's the end
of the thread on os-discuss I think the noise will drop pretty rapidly.
