Since I haven't seen one yet, here's a proposed agenda for
tomorrow's OGB meeting - anything else to add?

1) New meeting time - results of the straw poll?

2) Website Community Group proposal from Alan Burlison:

	Nominations Open	Mon Feb 18th
	Nominations Close	Mon Mar 3rd (24:00 hrs)
	Campaigning Opens	Tue Mar 4th (00:00 hrs)
	Election Voting Opens	Mon Mar 10th (00:00 hrs)
	Election Voting Closes	Mon Mar 24th (24:00 hrs)
	Election results posted	Tue Mar 25th (sometime)
	New OGB takes Office	Tue Apr 1st

Right now, elections of the OGB are the only matter on the ballot - I'd
suggest that the close of nominations for the OGB candidates also be the
close of submissions for any other issues to appear on the ballot, with
the current OGB to determine which questions, if any, will appear at its
weekly meeting that week.
