Thanks, this looks good.  I have only two questions: Which of the
initial contributors are Core Contributors (you are not required to
name Contributors at this time, only Core Contributors - and you can
make additional grants at any time after your Group is formed)?
Second, I assume the nominating Members have actually read and
approved this - would they please be so kind as to confirm that?

The next step will be a 14-day public comment period; barring
unforseen circumstances or a need for an extended debate, I'd expect
the OGB to vote on this proposal at the 20 June meeting, or possibly
as soon as 16 June by mail if all OGB members are in favour.
