Firmly agree with this point.

I personally don't believe we're quite ready to be in the position of creating a
policy around it just yet. It's not that I don't agree with ARC (quite the
opposite), but I'd like to see some careful planning and thought going into it
before we do, or otherwise I fear it'll be another hurdle that people get
confused and frustrated about.
