I'm allergic to meetings that lack a clear agenda.

I think it's fine to have a meeting scheduled for a regular time,
provided that it's normally canceled when we don't have something
concrete to decide in the meeting.  Meetings that lack that sort of
focus end up producing little in the way of results, at least in my
experience.

Sorry to be harping on what's likely a small point, but it'd be nice
to get off on a productive foot here.
