If no agenda is mailed out in time, then no meeting.

Please remember that whatever time we chose, the meeting time will be 
inconvenient for a number of us and even the act of calling in to find
there's nothing to discuss could be a major disruption (like having to get 
up two hours earlier or having to stay in rather than go out)
