We've been running pgsql-jobs at postgresql.org for years without issues; we 
even set up an arrangement with opensourceexperts.com to cross-post to it.  
Never a complaint, and it's been very useful to PostgreSQL consultants.

The one trick is that the list is 100% moderated.  So if we wanted an 
osol-jobs, someone would need to volunteer a couple hours of their time 
per week as moderator.
