The OGB has only been in office for a month now and has many issues to
tackle - there's lots of unresolved business still, and will be for a
while.

The website absolutely should change "leaders" to "editors" given the way
it currently works.

I don't know why you continue to insist this when you know it's not true.
ON is just one of the consolidations already participating in OpenSolaris,
and it's actually slightly behind in openness - JDS already has its master
gate on opensolaris.org, not just a mirror like ON, and can allow community
putbacks directly to it.   SFW, X, NWS, Docs - all out there sharing their 
code and participating in OpenSolaris already.

When the voters approved the Constitution in the election, they
replaced the previous community creation process with the one
specified in the Constitution.   So far, no community has been
proposed since then, so you've not seen the new process in action.
