I don't think you can get much coffee for a quarter, but a Core
Contributor is the only role that has a "binding vote" in the
Community Group formal consensus mechanism. See Article VIII.
(Although this article applies to those situations where informal
consensus could not be reached, I would expect the Board would insist
to see the results of such a vote prior to accepting the burden of
resolving an intra-CG dispute.)
