For those of us that weren't a part of this, please explain the backstory.

I felt that delaying the vote was the best path, as I wanted to give
Indiana an opportunity to grow into it's proposed role as a "community
distro". (It will give the community a chance to kick the proverbial
Indiana tires, suggest and incorporate community feedback and give
time for Sun to move development and building of the Indiana distro
out from behind Sun firewalls.)

However, because Sun has forced the issue by unilaterally declaring
that Indiana is OpenSolaris, a vote is needed now. (Whether that is
for the Indiana name, or for Trademark and branding as a whole).
