Marc,

I believe that, as a sign of good faith and flexibility towards the
greater community and the efforts put forth by other binary
distributions, Sun should voluntarily set aside the name "Opensolaris
Developer Preview" or use a project-qualified name ("OpenSolaris Project
Indiana Preview") until a trademark policy exists.
