Please provide comments and a corporate position on the common draft
that Keith posted yesterday at 1:20PM PST.  That draft reflects the
discussion held at yesterday's meeting and, as such, is not merely
Keith's draft, but is a draft under consideration by the OGB to be
voted on Friday.

Until a final vote is taken to adopt the measure, any draft is
inherently a moving target.  The rules under which the board operates
allow for the consideration of motions that alter the text before it
is ratified.

However, I do not expect (and would not agree with) any changes made
prior to that meeting, when formal motions can be considered.
