As always, it's important to separate governance and policy from the
implementation artifacts of the present webapp on opensolaris.org.

The policy infrastructure for Facilitators is well-specified by the
Constitution.  The webapp has never heard of the concept.  In other
words, a wholly typical and sadly confusing state of affairs.

Please nominate a Facilitator if you haven't already.  Barring highly
unusual circumstances, the OGB will appoint your nominee and we'll
keep track of them on a page somewhere.
