Sorry, I should have been clearer. Contribution review isn't a
problem; I wholeheartedly support that. The main problem is that some
projects have processes that (apparently) can only be performed by Sun
folks which brings us back to resource limitations. It's a vicious
cycle.

I have no problem with the SCA, I signed one, it was a one time thing
and not that big of a deal. I think it's entirely necessary given the
copyright fiascos that have been going on in the various open source
projects "out there" right now.
