Thanks for the heads up. If they have specific issues, I'll be glad

This doesn't help. It doesn't identify who signed the SCA.
Currently, it's a manual process to get the SCA number.
In the future, the website team is planning to add SCA numbers
to user profiles, which would be easy for me to access.

If people submit a full Self-Service Testing run it might take two or three
weeks to get the results, depending on the queue length. If people have to
join a waitlist before they get access to a test machine, it might take
a week or two to get access to a machine. So, 30 days gives them padding
to take care of any delays that might occur.
