[ogb-discuss] Approved Project Proposal: CIFS Server

No argument from me but as a community we're not going to not approve 
the project proposal based on it already being integrated. Of course 
we're not encouraging that project teams wait until it's integrated 
before proposing a project either. I'll pass along the comments to the 
project team if you like but the communities have no control over what 
project teams do prior to participating in OpenSolaris.
