Why does the OGB needs more visibility?  What do you think
we need to do?  What power is the community lacking?

I'm not sure which bits of bureaucracy you are referring too; if
it is the cumbersome way of contributing, then I agree, but that
will not change until there hg commit access for outsiders.

(The contributor agreements will stay, however)
