FWIW, we never actually formally voted on the minutes - I did send them out to 
ogb-private first in consideration of the other members. I don't mind needing to 
vote if need be, but I suspect this is one of the cases of 'it looks good, so 
I'm not going to bother replying'.

Mea culpa for setting a trend on last year's minutes. The reason I opted for 
more last year to was increase transparency as much as possible. Less would 
probably be more readable, and less work on Michelle's behalf, and with a 
recording there's probably not much need to do more (which is different to most 
open source community boards - so feel special! :)

Otherwise, your proposal looks good Simon.
